The word Arctic represents extreme cold, often associated with frozen and icy environments.

Expedition ARCTIC 3.0 takes you to the Spiti region of Himachal Pradesh, a high-altitude cold desert
known as “The Middle Land” or “The Land of Lamas,” with Kaza as its headquarters.
Defined by rugged mountains, windswept valleys, sparse greenery, and silent villages, Spiti offers
the ultimate terrain for off-road and adventure enthusiasts. Expect harsh, unforgiving conditions,
with temperatures plunging below –30°C, pushing limits at every step.

CHALLENGES

  • At the winter season of the year , Weather could be extreme. During day the sun will be harsh and during night as the wind chill increases and may result in low temperature till -28 to -32 degree ‘C.
  • Due to Harsh weather and geographic conditions , most of the months in year the locations are inaccessible . During winter season heavy snowfall and other weather conditions may result into Road Challanges.
  • The modern facilities & food in offered properties at up-country region will be limited.
  • Network connectivity during day time ( at the time of journey ) will be limited.
  • We ensure that best properties will be offered in every region , But if Hotels will not be operational in Spiti region then best of the best home stays will be offered.
  • Those suffering from any serious medical conditions such as weak heart, epilepsy , back/spinal problems ( slip disc ) & expecting mothers are strictly not advised to join the expedion. Severe medical attention may not be readily available due to scarcity of resources.
  • The Expedition may involve long hours of driving , sometimes in extreme road conditions & unforseen circumstances.

Charges & Payments Terms

CHARGES
PER PERSON CHARGES WILL BE Rs. 33,999 /-( Luxury ) PER PERSON CHARGES WILL BE Rs. 24,999 /- ( Economy )
  • For participants with only self-driving 4x4 / 4WD vehicles.
  • Inclusive of all taxes; no hidden charges.
  • No refunds will be paid for any unused accommodations, missed meals, transportation segments, sightseeing tours, or any other services due to bad weather, ill health, strikes, roadblocks, or any other factor beyond our control. Such unused items are neither refundable nor exchangeable.
PAYMENTS TERMS
  • Confirmation / Booking amount : 25% of total cost of package.
  • Partial payment ( 15 days prior expedition ) : 50% of total cost of package.
  • Full & final payment ( 7 days prior expedition ) : 100% of total cost of package.
  • Slots will close on 31st Dec. 2025.
CANCELLATION POLICY
  • Cancellation between 15 days to 25 days before the start date , 35% of tour cost will be charged as retention.
  • Cancellation between 10 days to 15 days before the start date, 50% of tour cost will be charged as retention.
  • Cancellation made within 10 days before the start date, entire tour cost will be charged as retention.
  • Above policy may vary & any changes will be communicated prior to confirmation.
